On Thursday, September 25, from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m., a scientific event entitled “AI Education Master Class” was conducted at the Language Center.

 

The event was organized by Imperial English UK and witnessed the participation of a significant number of educators, particularly English language instructors from language centers affiliated with public universities across the Kurdistan Region.

 

Representing the Language Center at the University of Zakho were Ms. Zahra Abdulrahman Karem, Ms. Harzhin Fadhil Abdullah, and Mr. Shoresh Jalal Hussein.

 

The primary objective of the event was to enhance participants’ understanding of the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within educational practices. It also sought to strengthen teachers’ pedagogical, organizational, and academic competencies through exposure to contemporary applications of AI in teaching and learning.

 

At the conclusion of the session, certificates of participation were awarded to all attending instructors in recognition of their engagement and contribution.
